Invitation for Tender for Expression of Interest for Conducting study on determination of optimum plant capacity, selection of plant site, power distribution mapping and estimation, and technical feasibility of utilization of BESCOM infrastructure for the proposed decentralized biomass based electricity generation unit.
This office is implementing Biomass Energy for Rural India Project in several villages in 5 talukas of Tumkur district. One of the major objectives of the project is to set up decentralized biomass based electricity generation units to meet the energy demand of each cluster of 5 to 6 villages. In this context, the project invites eligible consultants to take up electrical distribution study in the following villages pertaining to TUMKUR, SIRA and GUBBI taluks in three separate lots so as to enable us to plan for setting up of the decentralized power generation system.
